We stand by the craftsmanship of every garment manufactured at our Tirupur hub.

Manufacturing defect claims must be filed within 15 days of shipment receipt at your business location to ensure a prompt resolution for your corporate bulk order.

To initiate a quality claim, please provide a clear statement including the order number and batch details.

Approved claims result in replacements or credit adjustments within 30 days. We use the original payment method for all settlements, ensuring no extra transaction fees for your organization.

Quality Claim Criteria:

For bulk apparel to be eligible for manufacturing credit, please ensure:

  • Items are in original bulk packaging and labels.

  • Proof of order is provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • All customized apparel with specific corporate branding or unique client logos.

  • Garments that have been laundered, unsealed, or utilized in corporate events.

  • Orders that match the quality of the pre-production sample approved by the client.

  • Discrepancies resulting from improper storage at the client's facility after delivery.

TEX N TEX reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our quality inspection standards at our facility.

Return Shipping

Clients bear the cost and risk of returning bulk shipments to our Tirupur manufacturing unit for physical inspection.

We recommend using trackable freight services for bulk returns. TEX N TEX is not responsible for transit damage. Credits require physical receipt and verification of the garment batch at our manufacturing hub.

Notes:

Sample fees are non-refundable but the cost may be credited toward your first confirmed bulk production order as per the contract terms agreed during the initial B2B enquiry and quote process.

Any production overruns or partial shipment adjustments will be handled directly through our corporate accounts department for complete transparency and professionalism.
